 Missing PartsJun 22, 2010
When I recieved my pole it was missing the locking hardware, and rods to hang the gourds from. I contacted Amazon Customer Service who responds I should contact the manufactuer.
As suggested I called the manufactuer regarding the missing parts of my order. They will be shipping them to me. However I am unhappy that Amazon did not handle this and ship them overnight to me. I ordered from Amazon expecting to receive my order and be able to use it today. It is now going to sit there taking up space while I wait for an unknown period of time. I would have been better off taking the time to drive to the store rather than ordering from Amazon.

Pole is light yet sturdy and was easy to put up. I've had several comments on how good the double spiral layout looks. We are anxiously waiting for the season to see if we get a colony to set up housekeeping.
